Mazaen Platform ("the App", "we", "us", "the Platform") is committed to protecting your privacy and personal information. This Privacy Policy details how we collect, use, share, and protect your information when you interact with Mazaen's services, including camel auctions, breeding, rentals, and sales.

• معلومات الحساب والتسجيل: Account & Registration Info:

  رقم الهاتف لتسجيل الدخول والتحقق، الاسم الكامل، وتفاصيل الهوية الوطنية (عند التحقق الوطني من خلال نظام نفاذ). Phone number for verification and login, full name, and national ID details (upon authentication via the Nafath unified single sign-on).

• بيانات الموقع الجغرافي: Geographical Location Data:

  إحداثيات خطوط الطول والعرض لتسجيل موقع تسليم الجمال وتتبعها بدقة لخدمات الإيجار والتلقيح. Latitude and longitude coordinates to record delivery locations for camels and track them accurately for rental and breeding orders.

• بيانات الإدراج والمزادات: Listing and Auction Data:

  تفاصيل الجمال المدرجة (النوع، العمر، الفئة، اللون، الجنس)، الشهادات الإلكترونية ورقم الشهادة، صور ومواصفات الجمال المعروضة في التطبيق. Details of the listed camels (category, age, color, gender), electronic certificates, certificate number, images, and specifications of the camels displayed in the application.

• البيانات المالية والمعاملات: Financial & Transaction Data:

  طرق الدفع المختارة، تفاصيل المزايدات التي تمت، الطلبات المالية وسجلات الفواتير لتأكيد الشراء أو التأجير. Selected payment methods, details of bids made, financial order logs, and invoicing records to confirm purchase or rental activities.

نستخدم المعلومات الشخصية والمعلومات العامة لضمان تقديم الخدمات وإدارتها بكفاءة، وذلك للأغراض التالية:

• ✓ تقديم الخدمات:Service Delivery: إدارة طلبات التلقيح، المزادات المباشرة، وحجز الإيجارات وحساب التكاليف والأسعار. Managing insemination requests, live auctions, booking rentals, and calculating prices.
• ✓ التحقق من الهوية والأمان:Identity & Security: التأكد من مصداقية الحسابات ومنع الغش والنزاعات في المزايدات من خلال بوابة نفاذ الحكومية. Ensuring authenticity of user accounts, preventing fraud, and resolving auction bidding disputes through the national Nafath portal.
• ✓ التواصل والإشعارات:Communication & Alerts: إرسال تفاصيل حالة الطلبات، الفواتير، تنبيهات المزادات وتحديثات الأسعار عبر الواتساب ورسائل الـ SMS. Sending order status, invoice details, live auction alerts, and price updates via WhatsApp or SMS text messages.

  تتم مشاركة معلومات الاتصال والعناوين اللازمة بين البائع والمشتري أو المؤجر والمستأجر لتسهيل عملية تسليم واستلام الجمال والخدمات اللوجستية. Necessary contact information and coordinates are shared between buyers and sellers, or lessors and lessees, to complete handovers and logistics.

• مزودو الخدمات والشركاء التقنيين: Service Providers & Partners:

  مشاركة البيانات مع الخدمات الضرورية مثل بوابات الدفع الإلكتروني المعتمدة، وبوابات الرسائل النصية، وخدمات Agora للبث المباشر للمزادات. Data sharing with essential partners such as payment gateways, SMS providers, and Agora interactive live-streaming services for auctions.

• الامتثال القانوني: Legal Compliance:

  قد نكشف عن معلوماتك إذا كان ذلك مطلوباً بموجب القوانين والأنظمة المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية أو بناءً على أوامر قضائية رسمية. We may disclose your data if required by applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or by official court orders.
